CANVAS Creator Dashboard FAQ

Hi CANVAS Creators!

In March, WEBTOON announced that we will unify the regional UGC services into a single platform and introduce a suite of features and tools for Creators and fans, including new monetization opportunities, performance insights, personalization, and a Translation Program that enables creators to reach global audiences across seven languages (will begin rolling out in beta in Spring 2026 to eligible English-language CANVAS Creators before expanding to additional markets later this year).

Today we are introducing the all-new WEBTOON CANVAS Creator dashboard. Take a look at these features now! If you have any questions please reach out here.

FAQ

  • The new dashboard can be accessed on the desktop site.
I can’t access the new dashboard?

Series Management

Find all of your series under this tab. If you have series published in multiple languages, all your series will be on this page.

Will all my series links be the same with this new dashboard update?
  • All your existing series links will stay the same. The update only changes your management dashboard, not the URLs for your published series.
Are all my series found on this page? Including series I uploaded in a different language?
  • Yes, with the unified CANVAS platform, creators can now access all their series published in different languages - all in one place.
How do I delete a series?
  1. Click on the ‘Series’ tab on the left sidebar navigation menu.
  2. Find the series you would like to delete.
  3. Click on ‘Manage Series.’
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Delete Series.’
  5. Type ‘Delete series’ in the pop up window and click ‘Delete.’
  • If your series is enrolled in any programs (Super Like or Ad Sharing), you will be prompted to opt-out from those programs first before proceeding.
I deleted my series, can it be recovered?
  • Unfortunately, if your series has been deleted, it cannot be recovered.
How do I create a new series?
  • Click on the ‘Create Series’ button on the left sidebar navigation menu.

Analytics

Keep track of your series performance and engagement with your readers. All your series performance will be found on this page.

How do I read my analytics dashboard?
  • Your Analytics dashboard is organized into PV (Page Views) and Subscriber tabs.
  • Within each tab, you can view your data by Daily, Weekly, or Monthly time periods.
  • Select a date range using the calendar picker to see your performance over a specific period.
  • Below the chart, you'll find an episode-level breakdown showing Published date, Episode count, Page Views, Super Likes, and Comments for each episode.
What time does the data refresh?
  • EST 05:00 (all languages)
Why are my pageviews different after this update?
  • With the launch of the new analytics dashboard, we've improved how data is collected and presented to give you more accurate, reliable insights.
  • As a result, you may notice some differences in your numbers starting from April 21st, 2026. This is a normal change due to the updated measurement system — it does not reflect any actual changes in your series' performance.
How long is data accessible on the analytics dashboard?
  • At launch, data will be available starting from approximately 2 months prior to the dashboard's release date. Over time, data will continue to accumulate and can be accessed for up to 2 years, depending on the view:
    • Daily view: up to 730 days
    • Weekly view: up to 104 weeks
    • Monthly view: up to 24 months
How far back can I search my series data?
  • Charts display up to two years of history, while total accumulated data reflects your series' full performance from day one.
Is there a certain timeframe that data is displayed?
  • You can filter and view your data on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis in charts. While accumulated totals are updated daily to reflect the most recent data, please note that there may be a 1–2 day delay in updates due to data processing times.
Am I able to download my data?
  • No, the data download feature is currently not available on the dashboard.

Comments

This tab will be your hub to engage with your fans. Read through your series comments, reply, and manage your comments all in one place.

How do I respond to a comment in this dashboard?
  • To reply to a comment, tap the ‘Reply’ button below any comment on your series. A text input field will appear where you can write your response (up to 500 characters).
  • Please note that replies are only available for episodes that are currently Published. Comments on removed episodes cannot be replied to.
How do I ban a commenter?
  • To block a user from commenting on your series, simply click the ‘Block’ button located at the bottom right of their comment.
  • Blocking a user will prevent them from commenting on any episodes you've published.
  • You can manage your blocked users by visiting Comments > ‘Manage Blocked Users’ in your dashboard. You may block up to 500 users and unblock them at any time.
Can I translate comments?
  • Yes! You can translate reader comments directly within the dashboard.
  • Simply tap ‘See Translation’ on any comment to view in your dashboard's interface language.
  • To return to the original comment, tap ‘See Original.’
What’s the difference between the comments on the dashboard and the comments under my account?
  • Dashboard > Comments is your creator management tool. It displays all reader comments posted on your series, and allows you to reply, block users, delete comments, report comments, and translate them into your preferred language.
  • MY > Comments (under your account) shows comments and replies that you personally wrote as a reader. From there, you can edit or delete your own comments.
  • In short, dashboard comments are for managing your audience's feedback, while ‘My’ comments are for managing what you've posted.
What ways can you filter comments on your dashboard?
  • The newest comments you have received on your series will be displayed at the top of your dashboard.
  • You can filter and view comments based on Series, Episode, and Comment Language. Additionally, you can use the "Top" (Best) and "Recent" (Newest) tabs to easily sort and check the feedback on your series.
Will I be able to access my Creator Profile comments on the dashboard?
  • Creator Profile comment management is not yet available on the dashboard. Currently, the Comments tab only covers comments posted on your series episodes.
